Ticket refund

Upon cancellation of the journey by the initiative of the Passenger:

more than 7 days prior to the commencement of the original journey, the Carrier repurchases a purchased Transport Ticket for a price amounting to 80% of the cost of the journey;

if 7 or less days remain until the commencement date of the original journey, the Transport Ticket is not repurchased.

Transport Tickets purchased from the territory of Russia are repurchased for a price amounting to 80% of the initial cost of the journey until the moment of departure.

Tickets are not repurchased after the departure of the bus.

Eurolines Baltic does not compensate for the Transport Ticket to the Passenger in case the journey is cancelled due to improper formalisation or lack of documents of the Passenger.

Transport Tickets are repurchased only in the points of sale where they were originally purchased:in ticket offices of Eurolines Baltic; by authorised distributors.

Tickets purchased over the Internet at the address www.eurolines.ee (.lv, .lt, .ru, .en, .fi) are repurchased by the Carrier only in ticket offices of Eurolines Baltic respectively:

In Russia: Written applications are accepted for refunds from Mootorreisi AS in St Petersburg at 1985098 St Peterburg Mitrofanjevskoe Shosse 2-1, ЗАО ЕВРОЛАЙНС.

Refund of the money paid for the Transport Ticket is made to a Passenger by the Carrier as a cash payment to the person indicated on the ticket or to a person authorised thereby in written form based on a letter of authorisation, except for credit card payments which are subject to refund to the credit card account based on a separate procedure.

The Carrier does not process applications for Transport Ticket refunds if such applications have been sent by e-mail and/or forwarded by telephone.
