Joining the program is free and you will start to collect bonus miles immediately when you embark on your first journey.
Anyone can join BalticMiles. Both joining the program and participating in it is completely free. Since the program has no age restrictions anyone can join BalticMiles irrespective of age and country of origin, and parents can register their children too.
Four steps to join BalticMiles
- Fill in the application form which you will find in Lux Express sales representatives’ offices in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, Klaipeda and St. Petersburg or on the Internet at www.balticmiles.com. You can also join here.
- Submit the filled application form to a staff member in a Eurolines Lux Express sale representative’s office or send it to airBaltic by post at the address written on the application form. If you fill in the application on the Internet, your personal member number will be sent to your e-mail address. Starting from that moment you will be able to start using your temporary card and personal member number indicated on it and collecting miles.
- airBaltic confirms reception of your application within three weeks by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address stated in the application.
- Personal member card is sent to you by post within two weeks after receiving your application. The card has the same member number that you got after filling in the application or received by e-mail. Once you have received your card you can start using your collected miles!
